Hi everyone????. I'm 2 weeks post op today. I'm struggling meeting my daily requirement in Protein. Does anyone have any suggestions for unflavored powder protein I can add to Soup or broth? Thank you all in advance!

P.S. So thankful for this forum. Great to see all the success stories and struggles. I'm not alone!????

I have been using isopure in my coffee for pre opp diet. I don't taste it at all. No change in flavor or consistency to my coffee. I bet it's the same in soup. Give it a go! Sent from my SM-G900T usi

@@Debbie915 I second the Unjury! I'm 4 weeks post-op now and the unflavored unjury has been great (well...as great as you can get when you're dealing with Protein powder). My favorite is the protein

I'm in love with unjury chocolate splendor and the chicken soup flavored one. I am 5 days post op and drink 3 a day. 21 grams of Protein per serving, zero fat and 100 calories. For the chocolate one, I mix it with skim milk to bump up the protein a little. So good. Highly recommend.

I been hearing alot about unjury. The chicken soup flavor has been highly recommended. I'm definately going to try that one. Thanks for suggestion. Blessings on your journey.????

I have unjury brand everything. I tried the chicken soup the day I got home. I liked it until I fell asleep, woke uo, and took a sip... it was cold. It has ruined me. I can't stand the smell or thought of it now. I do have Celebrate tomato soup... but after the other one, I have no desire to try it.

Six star whey protien plus (unflavored) has been a god send! Im 6 days out and was also having an awful time getting my protien. A friend had told me about it, and thank goodness I listened! Its reasonably priced... around $20 for a 2lb. Jug.

That's the powder I saw online. I want to try that to add to oatmeal and applesauce. Good to see a review! Thanks!

post-291489-14623261216793_thumb.jpg this is my favorite protien, purchased from GNC. This pic was pre surgery. Now I mix 4oz skim milk, one scoop (chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter) and I put two ice cubes in and shake. I let set for a few minutes and drink. I had surgery on 4/25 and was able to drink a shake twice a day starting on 4/28

Is it 100% whey protein? How many g in protein?

Honestly I don't know if it's 100% whey. My nutritionist said it was a good protien. 1 scoop is 20g of protein. I added the nutrition label. Like I said before my three favorite flavors I mix w 4oz skim milk and 2 ice cubes in a shaker. The vanilla I do mix w 4oz of brewed coffee that I put in freezer to chill, then add ice cubes also. The colder they are the better they go down. However if you blend them they get to foamy.
