So today was my 3 Month Post Op. My Doctor could not believe how much weight I lost since my surgery. He said he has never seen a person drop so much weight in just three months. My fear is because I am losing so fast I am going to gain it right back.

I don't see why losing quickly would mean you'd gain it right back, unless you are doing something crazy like starving yourself, which might wreck your metabolism. If you are following your plan and meeting your protein goals, there's no reason to worry.

you will be fine. I had lost 150lbs at my 3 month and im still killing it! keep it up!
