I still have a 4-pack of Monster Low-carbs that I had prior to my sleeve surgery.......5 months ago.......scared to fool with them. I shy away from carbonated drinks. coffee does well for me.

Does anyone ever drink energy drinks? Such as red bull or spark or monsters? I am about to go through my busy/crazy time at work where I work about 60 ish hours a week. I have not tried anyone of these since my surgery. I am 3.5 months out.
