No rhyme or Reason

I think that is how the saying goes. I sometimes eat a little too much and too many carbs and I lose weight. Other times I eat exactly the right carbs and calories and may gain 1/2 lb or more. It is like the sleeve has mind of it's own. I am not complaining, even grateful, but does anyone else find this also. I was sleeved 8/3 and finally out of the 180's, that was a long stretch, and hopefully catching up to my husband soon, who weighs 170lbs. It amazes me.

The human body is kinda f**ked up...

It'll do what it wants, when it wants...

We've just gotta make sure we're doing the 'right things' to give it every chance..

No kidding, it's a bizarre ride.
