I suck at meds, and often have to make the choice between vitamins or reflux meds because of the way they interact. I feel totally fine without them, so I wonder if there will be any detrimental effect by not taking them? I was sleeved 11/9. I had some reflux to begin with, but that seems to have calmed down as I healed.
