    Bai Drinks

I love it. Costco and Sam's sells them by the case, and right now GFS has them on sale, too, in single flavor cases (so you don't get stuck with a flavor you don't like). I drink one a day at work

I am closer to Troy, too, but had my surgery in Royal Oak. My surgeon, Chengelis, goes between both and he was in RO on the date I wanted. Either one is totally fine.
  12. 213. Same Oh. Whoops. I didn't realize either! Ha. That was quick
  13. 213 [emoji4]. Hope it's not a fluke!

    Advice

Yes, Walmart has Quest chips (they're pricey) and lots of choices of protein bars.

    Advice

Also think about what really makes you feel full. Sadly, I have found I can eat way too many "good" snacks, like nuts, protein chips, etc. if you're hitting your protein goal, try for some fruit/veg that will keep you full for a bit.
  16. I don't remember offhand, but it was the standard dude from the drugstore. Not the "Fe", because although that is easier on your system, my NUT said it doesn't absorb as well. 7 is very low. I was around that after my hysterectomy. You should be at least at 12.
  17. Thank you SO much for sharing your pics. I cannot wait to follow the rest of your journey!
  18. Nice. Wishing you all the best! Hoping you'll share pics as I'm thinking my insurance will cover those exact procedures as well!!

    Before WLS and After CTT!

    Great results! Congrats!
  20. Yes, I had anemia due to endometrial cancer (symptoms were horrific periods for months prior). Take your Iron with Vitamin c and not with calcium, for better absorption. They had me taking it twice a day I got it up enough for surgery, but it was close.
