I hate vitamins

Everytime I take my vitamins I get sick so I have few weeks without taking them , on weds I have an appointment with my doctor hopefully they can help me because They will also check my levels :/ and ugh I'm just frustrated. I've notice a lot of hair it's coming out when I brush my hair :( I'll be 3 months out on the 19th

I hate Vitamins too, but you have to take them. I can only use certain kinds and I ALWAYS have to take them with food. I haven't tried the Patches, but I have heard people like them.

The Bariatric Pal store has some very tasty vitamins. The Melts work well for me. Iron+D tastes like a bite of real orange. Calcium chews ate very good, too. Their protein drinks (pinapple orange) are delish, as are their other foods. Give them a try.
