I am trying different ways ways to use the unflavored Protein powder. When I tried to put it in sugar free hot chocolate, it did not dissolve. It got hard and lumpy. You can't I found that out the hard way. Put it in cold and then heat it up a little at a time. It works for me.

I only use Unjury.... I brew coffee in a cup, then add it to another coffee cup with the powder in it.. I use decaf , and the chocolate splendor... Tastes like a Mocha Latte! Soooo good!!!

The chicken always curdles. Maybe the flavor are different.

I use it in chicken broth. I kept stirring until it dissolved.

The liquid temperature has to be under 140 degrees for unjury to blend. Learned that the hard way myself ☹️

I also found genepro, I lIke it much more than unjury. It dissolves better and is more concentrated, a small scoop is 30 grams vs 21 for unjury I believe. I bought it off Amazon.com.

How is the flavor?

No flavor. It can be mixed into hot or cold. So good for broth or Jello or milk.....

No flavor at all. Can't even taste it.
