Worried about pre-op diet

I know it's wheel power.. I worked night shift and late night shifts since 1999... So I'm used to sleeping till noon and being up all night working. They switched my shift and now I get off a little earlier (8pm) and now I am up all night.. So of course I can't sleep even prescribed sleep meds. This is gonna be a challenge!! I start the 2 week liquid diet the 15th.

Swanson Mexican tortilla broth, Mio flavored Water, Crystal Lights, Vitamin water Zero, Gatorade G2, Egg Drop Soup, Unsweet teas, flavored hot teas, etc... Syntrax Nectars were what I found to be my favorite Protein drink but the Premier Protein are also good.

The first few days are the hardest, but you can do this.
