Cardiac clearance question

I had no cardiac problems but my PCP read my EKG and thought it was sluggish. Had to to the stress test 2 days before surgery. It all worked out ok. Just think that they are covering all bases for your good! Best wishes -
3 weeks post op. Had a great day water in and some protein and excerised! Now a over stuff feeling. Dang[emoji15][emoji15][emoji15]

Sleeved on Feb 10th on soft foods now and this thurs will be my 3rd week out. Hard to get everything in protein, water, vitamins. -

I'm Feb.9th sleeved can't get my protein in! Not hungry or thirsty!! On soft foods only get 3 teaspoons in. Don't want to mess up!!

I made it!! One wk out and 9#!!! So happy to have cream soup. Now the art of learning to eat with smaller spoon. Anyone else have to learn this??

4 days out! Gas, incision pain. Just came upstairs after being 4 days home. Can't seem to get fluids down. Sips seem to take up my space. Stomach making weird sounds like howling!! Lol. Hope all gets better

It's the big day!! I'm nervous and hardly slept last night. Due at the hospital at 11:30. Praying that I can do this!! Please say a prayer and positive thoughts.

So I'm not by myself with bumps I call them this week. Also my primary has me going to a cardiologist bcause of my EKG!!! I'm due for wed 2/10! Very nervous and upset now. And people don't understand why. Because I want to be healthy and happy! Pray for release for me!! -

I'm trying Syntrax protein. No after taste in truffle chocolate. Not bad first day if liver reducation diet. Wasn't bad until I got home with all the snacks that are in my house! Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Best wishes -
