I don't recall there being a restriction at all. No immersion / soaking until incisions are healed and probably ly not stand there in shower with water flooding your incisions but otherwise showering

I showered soon after. Just keep the incision points dry, use a fresh towel and wash clothe to minimize chances of infection.

It just occurred to me that with my precious surgeries I have been allowed to shower 24 hours after surgery.
I NEED to shower!!! If I want to feel like a human being I need to shower the morning after surgery even if I need to cover my incisions with tegaderm, I will shower.
So, how long after surgery were you allowed to shower?
