Weight loss stand still..

I was sleeved on 12/10. So far I've lost about 25lbs. Losing about 2-3lbs a day. But for the past 2 weeks or so I've lost like barely a pound a week. I eat what I'm supposed to, Protein first, veggies second and I drink nothing but Water. But I haven't excercisd much. Is that my problem. I need to get in motion?

Congratulations on the weight loss. Even though it is exciting to see losses of 2-3 pounds of day, that doesn't last. None of us loses at a constant or steady rate. We all experience slow downs in weight loss and even periodic stalls.

If you are losing, even if it is 1-2 pounds a week, you are not in a stall.

Everyone does stall and most folks experience their first stall or slow down about three weeks after surgery.

Just follow your program.

Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids.

Take your Vitamins and supplements as recommended.

And, exercise.

Embrace the Stall!

I was sleeved on 12/8. For the first two weeks I was losing quickly. However I have slowed down to about a pound or two a week myself. At first when the slow down came I was a little bit upset, but after I thought about it two pounds a week was more than I was losing with traditional dieting and I figure that is still eight to ten pounds a month.I started to increase my exercise and last week I lost three pounds. Slow and stead wins the race. Hang in there you can do it :)
