SO i was sleeved 12/10/2015 and I'm pretty much at the eat anything phase but according to the meal plan options my doctor gave me I should be able to eat like 2 scrambled eggs and a small banana for Breakfast but I literally can't finish one whole scrambled egg. Is that really bad?

Someone be my bari buddy. I didn't realize how hard this was actually gonna be. I'm close to 2 months pre op. I do have a support system but it theres nothing like speaking to someone who's going through or went through the same things.

Hi!! Im actually already sleeved 12/10!

I was sleeved on 12/10. So far I've lost about 25lbs. Losing about 2-3lbs a day. But for the past 2 weeks or so I've lost like barely a pound a week. I eat what I'm supposed to, Protein first, veggies second and I drink nothing but Water. But I haven't excercisd much. Is that my problem. I need to get in motion?

January 10th marked 1 month sleeved for me and I honestly am not eating very much and it kind of scares me. I'm worried about my Protein intake and such. What are one month sleevers eating? Or anyone sleeved in November or December? I need like a meal plan. Any advice please? Direct messages welcomed!

I got sleeved 12/10. 7 day clear liquid which ended 12/7 after my one week check up. I was scared to try soft foods but my mom insisted saying she doesn't want me to become malnourished. So I tried Triple Zero Dannon Oikos Yogurt..I was drinking water before hand and during. I got 3 half spoonfuls in before it came back up. It was the worst stomach pain I'd felt in a while. It was all white and yogurt. Now I'm afraid to try it again and I'm afraid I might've damaged my stomach in someway. Someone give me some feedback please. I'm 21 and extremely scared I made the wrong choice.

It was mostly water I threw up cause I had been drinking lots of water cause I was soooo thirsty but thank you. I'll slow it down.

Has anyone ever been put to sleep and cut and woke up with the procedure not done due to the face that your liver hadn't shrank enough?!

I did cheat the first 2 days, I won't lie! But I stuck to it the last 5 and I actually just got sleeved today!! No complications, everything went great but my surgeon prefers for his patients to stay over night for observation. I'm so excited guys! Thanks for answering my questions!
