Clear Liquid Diet

Guys are Edy's sugar free Fruit Bars exceptable during my clear liquid diet? They're 25 calories each.

I would say no, they aren't clear because they have fruit in them. You really should call your NUT and ask.

Then I would wait until Monday. Typically a clear liquid is anything you can see through but no darker than apple juice. Some programs allow a little more wiggle room on the pre-op diets but you need to clarify with your program. If they didn't give you anything in writing and you aren't sure, I would skip it.

Then I would just suck it up for the weekend and deal with it you're not sure then don't do it
