I had to dig around through old pics for a comparison but here you go. (I'm 161.6 now so the "after pic" is a few months old). My feet look the same, just bonier.

  • For those of you who went down in shoe size dramatically, would you have considered your feet "fluffy" before?? I wouldn't have considered my feet to be fat before, but would love to be down from a 1

No I never thought my feet held much fat but I went from a 10 to an 8-8.5.

It's my understanding from reading other threads that your feet aren't necessarily fat, but there is less stress and strain on your arches, so they are able to recoil a little or bounce back from how flattened they were with the extra weight. This accounts for having 'shorter' feet after losing weight.

Yup! My previous size 10.5-11, now I am a 9/9.5!

I was just sleeved 12/7. I was wearing 8W and already down to 7.5M. Feels good not to have to buy wides. It's hard to find anything I like it wides and most stores don't carry many.
