Exactly one year ago, I was at my heaviest weight. I have no idea why no one ever told me I was that huge, but I don't think I even saw it myself. While I'm embarrassed to post this, I've never been prouder of myself. I began taking my health seriously in June and have lost 90 pounds since the photo on the left. I'm not yet at my goal but being able to compare two photos taken on the same day, just a year apart, gives me the motivation to keep going. Looking forward to what 2016 has in store
I was sleeved June 15th 2015. The photo on the left is Dec 30th 2014 and the right is Dec 30th 2015. I still have a long way to go but I have never been happier nor have I ever been healthier. I have so much more will power to eat better and exercise more. I even enjoy exercising! If you told me I would enjoy that last year, I'd look at you like you were crazy. Unfortunately, I don't see much of a difference from these 2 photos. I'm experiencing a severe case of body dysmorphia where I still see the 288 pound girl but I know it will get better with time.
