  1. I was a slow loser before and after. I have to exercise at least 4 days per week in order to lose a few pounds per month.
  2. I feel the exact same way. For the last 3 months I've had no weight loss for 3 out of the 4 weeks. Basically, every 3 weeks I lose a couple pounds. Very frustrating as I am following all of the rules.
  3. @@Marie2016, same story here. Therapy for my BED saved me and made it possible for me to have a successful wls experience. PM me as well if u need to talk.
  4. I "failed" a psych eval due to an eating disorder that I had not addressed...after 4 months of therapy my therapist cleared me for wls on her end. So glad that everything happened the way that it did.
  5. I have been in therapy for 9 months and only really knew I was ready for wls after 4 months of therapy..I completely agree with your post but also know that not everyone realizes that over eating and/or binge eating stems from deep seeded issues.. I am just so happy that I have control of my eating habits now mentally and physically.
  6. My sleeve was done on December 2nd and I am down 28 pounds but have been stalled for 9 days so far. I feel worried but I think that is only because of my past failures. I think that percentage of weight loss is more important than exact pounds and that if you are drinking your water and getting your protein in that the sleeve is doing it's job...easier said than done, I know.
  7. They are trying to compliment you but obviously can't find the right words. ????
  8. This post gave me a good laugh and I totally agree.
