Lump at incision site

One of my incision sites is kind of hard and a little painfull. Do you think this is normal? Came around today after maybe overdoing it a bit. Hoping that I did not get a hernia. 2 weeks post op.

    I am 6 weeks post op. I had the same problem with lumpy marks with slight pain. The pain went away with after 4 weeks. Make sure you check for infection, however.

    It's probably just scar tissue. If it becomes warm to the touch or oozes, call the doctor ASAP. Otherwise just have him check it at your next follow up appointment.
