    Multivitamins Post-Sleeve

There are liquid multi-Vitamins. You can also get a pill crusher. I use both.

How to get over being head hungry

I'm only 6 weeks out from surgery but I have the same head - hunger. Oddly, eating sugar free Jello (only 10 calories) seem to help. I'm told it disappears in a few months.

Did you say "what did I do" !

My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner - my surgery was 10 Nov 2015. I'm curious as to the source of the remorse. Is it the pain? Missing food? Realization that your eating life is forever changed? I seem to have been one of the lucky ones. My surgery was 10 Nov 2015. I went home the same day. I had only minor discomfort the first few days but no real pain. At one point I wondered if they actually performed the surgery until I realized I couldn't eat more than 1/4 of a cup. Of course, I miss all the holiday dinners and treats --- but then I look at the 39 pounds I have lost so far and smile.

    Lump at incision site

I am 6 weeks post op. I had the same problem with lumpy marks with slight pain. The pain went away with after 4 weeks. Make sure you check for infection, however.
  5. I had my sleeve surgery 3 weeks ago today (Nov 10). I made the mistake of buying several cases of Isopure liquid in advance -- thinking that I'd everything on hand. I liked the Isopure liquid but it became tiresome after a few days -- even with 4 different flavors. So I've since purchased Isopure powder and similar Protein drinks from unjury and BariatricPal. For me, variety is the key to compliance. I now buy from different vendors. It has worked for me so far.
