  1. Thank you for all the wonderful comments I'll deff eat more veggies and up the Water. Can you recommend a good daily Vitamin? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. I typically have a Protein shake each morning then a P3 for lunch and maybe another one for a snack then I'll have a small dinner of chicken or something similar. I do exercise (albeit not as much as I should) and I'm not taking any Vitamins as I though only bypass patients had to. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Does anyone have issues with severe stalls then gains? I was sleeved in December of last year quickly lost 78 then haven't lost basically a pound in 3 months and then now I actually gained 8 pounds. I strictly monitor my intake and am wondering if I am one of the sleeve failures now.... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Actually no pain at all as far as incisions and surgery to, but the shoulder pain from the gas was rough for the first 8 hours or so after that it's called down quite a bit.
  5. Had my surgery on the 18th to with Dr Ortiz in TJ. To be honest I've had better attentive caring staff here then I've even had in the states. I was nervous at first but it's over now and they were all amazing. No just recouping in hospital for two days then the medicos floor of the hotel for two more days.

  7. Great job and wishing you the best and speedy recovery. I'm there in a few weeks... Under the knife and all ????
  8. Extremely true and if you dare say that you're on a diet they definitely use X-ray vision to see how fat I am hahaha
  9. Exactly I am basically all over SE Asia for roughly 7-8 months of the year and the rest of time somewhere in NA. I'm actually concerned to about the eating with clients and you know as well as me that's a deal sealer for us. I just figured I'd order soup and say that I have a bad stomach etc... Not sure what to say.

  11. Can I drink regular black caffeinated coffee during our pre op diet up to the three days of clear liquids only?
  12. Yes Amit's a good combination of excitement with a tad of fear... No so much of the fear of the surgery but more fear of the future and how hard this is going to be for sure.
  13. Im December 18th as well... Yes I'm nervous but that's to be expected and I just literally started my pre op diet and I don't mind the shakes so far. Hopefully everyone will have the best of experiences here like so many have????. Wishing all the best.
  14. For my side I will as in Arizona they expire when one is 65 ????. We are supposed to get a new photo every 12 years.
