Jawbone

I'm not trying to advertise for the company.

But they really are great. I've had my Up 24 band for a while. It stopped lighting up. I think I exposed it to water to much to many times.

But I wrote an email to customer service, over a week ago. They called me several times. (I don't answer calls I don't know) they also sent several emails. Trying to contact me. Well finally I called them. They rep was super nice and walked me through resetting it. And when that didn't work, he's sending me a new upgraded band. So helpful.

Besides that the main reason I purchased a Jawbone product was the app, love it and it pars with myfitnesspal. I love them together.

I love my jawbone. Plus they are not horribly expensive like other bands. If your looking for a fitness band this is a brand to look into.

Thanks for the review. I am going to pass on my Fitbit one to my sister after I get the Jawbone up3 I requested for Xmas.

@@magtart - Not sure if it makes a difference but the Jawbone 2 are on sale at Target. I liked my jawboneUp24 but I needed something water proof for when Ii work out in the pool and I like having my info on my wrist.

How much are they in price? How do they work?

They work by sensing your movements and heart rate. It also tracks your sleep. Most of the popular activity trackers from $80 - $150. The UP2 currently on sale at Target is $69.99

One of my favorite features of the jawbone is the sleep track and the vibrates alarms you can set. They are sending me an Up2, loved my Up24.

Wait, you found a waterproof fitness band?!?! Which one? I have the UP 3 because it was originally supposed to be waterproof. It ended up being released as splash proof and slightly disappointing. If it was waterproof, it would be AMAZING!

I have the polar loop and plan to upgrade to the polar A360. When I was researching I made it a point to look for water proof not water resistant.

Thank you! Most of my current exercise is done in the pool and not being able to track my heart rate and movement has been frustrating.

@@Soon2BHealthyAggie - The Polar Loop does not count heart rate, it can be paired with a Heart rate monitor but I never bought it because I was told they don't track under water. However it does track steps and calories underwater. I was doing aquafit 4 -6 days a week as my main exercise so I needed it to count! The A360 has a built in heart rate monitor which is why I plan to upgrade.

I picked up the Jawbone UP3 at Target yesterday. 30% off and an additional 5% for paying with my Target card. I wish I didn't have to wait until Christmas to use it.
