The 100 calorie / 20 gram protein MUSCLE MILK shakes are usually sold at the same locations and were better for me. Premier Protein Shakes were even better flavor and had 30 grams protein, I believe, but weren't as easy to find.

The blue-topped Atkins shakes became my last choice.

My preference is making my own using Syntrax Nectur w/ yogurt and/or frozen fruit & Silk milk. I keep Premier Protein shakes in my refrigerator so if I'm in a hurry I can just grab one & go. I order Premier Protein from their website. You can get a pack of 18 which you can't get from Costco. I get my Syntrax Nectur from Amazon or The Vitamin Shoppe.
