The Hebrew national hot dogs are better on calories etc then most others.

As always nutrition questions really should be directed to your nutritionist but it's protein. I'd be careful with all the sodium and nitrates typically in a hot dog but otherwise if you are cleared for all food as tolerated, go for it.

I eat good quality all beef hot dogs a few times a week. They are easy, flavorful, all Protein and one is more than plenty. I never worry about fat content, personally. I like Boar's Head, and Hebrew National best.
