SV - Happy Day

Happy Monday!



Today is a scale Victory day. I am just over seven months post-op and made it to 100 pounds gone forever :) Maybe I should have waited for three more pounds because that will be onederland -- first time since getting married 11 years ago. I passed through the categories of Obese II and Obese I and recently entered the "overweight" category. 37 pounds to go, but this feels great!



It's month-end at work and a Monday to boot, but I can't help smiling today :)



THANK YOU to members of this site for your inspirations and words of wisdom as I am unable to attend my surgeon's support groups.


You ARE relevant ;)
