It's official 100 Lost

  • Popular Post

I had my RNY done on 8/10/15 and as of yesterday I am down 100 and feeling AMAZING!!! I only have about 45 more to go and my question is how does our body or system know it's time to stop losing more weight? It's coming off so fast it's almost scary not knowing if it's going to stop when I need it to?

Congrats, Karl!!!!!

Congratulations!!! Whoot I bet you feel like a new person! I am so happy for you! I think your body will slow down eventually. Our bodies tend to put on the brakes closer to goal. If you get to your goal weight and the train isn't slowing down, then get in touch with your dietician. Congrats!!!

Oh wow, what a huge loss. Congratulations!!!

Isn'tit amazing that any of us dispair over losing "just" 2-3 lbs. per week!!! It does slow over time. Be prepared for that. Embrace your "honeymoon" period, and just think back to when losing 2-3 lbs. AT ALL was a victory!!! Hope you all make it through Halloween! That's MY challenge!

Outstanding !!!!!!!!!

Wow. How much did you lose during pre-op? I had surgery the day before and have some time before I lose 100 pounds.

Congrats!
