Just had my appointment and the doc

Wants my to be at 800 cals and 65 grams of protein daily. I am hardly getting 300 on my best day. Any advise on how to accomplish this.

Hey I'm having the same problem I have to be at 1200 calories and 60 protein but luck to get 30 grams of protein a day. I'm still on a liquid diet till Sunday - Monday I eat yogurts and there 15grams each and like 100 calories. How about hello and broth.

I did buy injury protein chicken broth and a orange protein water so I think I will be able to set in at least 40-50 grams of protein daily. The doc also said to use milk instead of water in my cream soups add extra and sip on it for hours...... Eating all day? He said by drinking this should not build grazing habits.

What stage are you at? Soft foods? or still liquids. I think this is unreasonable if you are still on liquids, but I am not a doctor.

Yes liquids still.

I am going to try to hit my water intake and protein goal daily!???? then set my next goal, this is my lifestyle change therefore I will make small changes and set goals then strive for the next needed change.
