Before and after
@@jackiemc1987 how long did it take for your stomach to go down? Mine is going down very little and that's where my only problem is my stomach.

Lap band removal and mortified.

Lap band removal and mortified.
I had my band removed and than had the sleeve. But when I was on the band I lost about 60lbs and two years later I gained about 40 of those lbs back. After they remove your band your stomach will need to heal so you will not be able to eat what you with you can. All I can say is do the best you can. And try to make the best decision you can. Maybe if they say that you are healed they might do it before a yer. You rather be safe than sorry. And you have all the support on here to help you. Good luck with everything

48lb down but only one dress size!
I'm only 2.5 weeks out and only 26 lbs down. Since surgery in only 8.5lbs down the rest is from pre surgery. I thought I would be more cause I follow the diet and exercise now that I am allowed. I only lost 4inches off my waist and 1 inch off my chest. I think I'm doing something so wrong.
