There are calcium chews by Bariatric advantage that taste like candy, but aren't. They are sweetened with Splenda I think. They taste pretty good. I have a bag of the caramel 500's for post op. Much better than chewing a chalk tablet!

You have to chew it forever, but it does kind of melt as you go. It's reminiscent of the chunks of caramel you melt for making caramel apples.
