Its been a month in a half no weight loss. How can i jump start my weightloss? Is this normal? Having alot of hair loss also how long does that last?

What are you eating and drinking every day? How many calories/carbs/grams of protein etc.? It's hard to advise if we don't know where you are at as a starting point.

I'm 4 mos out and losing tons of hair and have stalled. Going back to drinking one bottle of Fairlife milk for a meal and really low carb meals. And I've read hair loss is normal at this stage and it'll stop in a few months. I'm down 47lbs so I'll be patient and trust the process. ♥️

Are you getting in all of your Protein and fluids? Are you exercising?
