How long can stalls last??

Its been a month in a half no weight loss. How can i jump start my weightloss? Is this normal? Having alot of hair loss also how long does that last?

How can i jump start my weight loss?? What are your meals? If you don't mind me asking.

I was sleeved june 8 I've lost a total of 50lbs. I'm constantly in stalls . How do i quick start my weight loss? ? Why is this happening? ? Also im starting to feel more hungry? ?? What is all your calorie intake at 3 months post op? Any good recipe ideas??

Am i the only one that deels exhausted at times. I mean completely drained. Some weeks i have energy some weeks i don't.

I've only lost 37 lbs. Should i have lost more???? Im still drinking shakes. And eating correctly. Is this too little weight loss? ?? Can you all tell me what your weight loss was at 7 weeks?

I haven't seen the scale move much this week i think I'm in a Stall???? Is there any one else having this problem? ??? I'm following my diet and running and walking on treadmill 1 mile a day

But i can't im overwhelmed with the kids , the house, the errands. SO im not able to Walk Around The Neighborhood more. Or jump on my treadmill as often as i should. Some days im exhausted don't have any strength some days i have do much energy like today. I cleaned walls,swept and moped, all the house ,scrubed all the furniture tvs cabinets everything dripping sweat. But didn't have the strength to get on the treadmill. Now i feel disappointed in myself. Feeling a little depressed i don't know why???

Im still in the hospital and can barely walk. How long does the pain last. It so uncomfortable im constantly in tears.

I fee like i can't get it together, now my allergies are acting up. Will the doctor still do it.? I pray everything is going to be ok. What do i take for my stay???

Well so happy to know I'm not alone i have cheated a had a couple bites of some of the food i made. And felt so horrible after. My date is June 8 very excited but scared. I dont want to fail

So I've been on a 2 week liquiddiet and it seems like I have nonstop gas. Is that normal? Constantly using the restroom, stomach bubbling ,no diarrhea though. Is that normal?

I started mine 6 days ago its been extremely hard but it also is getting alot easier. Im also scheduled for surgery on june 8

June 8 is my day . So excited and scared at the same time but ready.

Well that's nice to know. I'm 5 days in 9 days to go. But don't feel like i lost a thing

Did you still lose weight

Im using the restroom all the the time. And going number 1 and 2 everytime. But no diarrhea. I was told by alot of people i would be on the toilet all day . Definitely not the case. Anyone else same thing.

Anyone having hard time with liquid diet? Did anyone cheat? I want this so bad but im getting very hungry. Anyone have any advice? ??
