I agree with @JosieAppleHead. I use the Isopure unflavored powder and add it soups and beverages. If not, then start seeking out high protein foods and yogurts instead.

Hi guys. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for getting my protein in. Ever since my surgery I haven't been able to stomach any protein shakes. I've tried Atkins, Unjury, Premier Protein, Isopure Zero Carb protein waters. I can't handle any of them. I'm in puréed stage. I've tried drinking out of a cup with a lid as my NUT thought it might be a heightened sense of smell making it difficult to get the shakes down. Everything I try is just overwhelming taste and smell of protein. I need to be getting it somehow and I'm at a loss.
