Amazing day.

Two amazing things happened to me today. first my surgery date was moved from October 26 to October 13. And second I was informed that I have no pre-op diet to follow. I was not expecting this. I thought I would have to do some sort of two-week liquid thing before my surgery. Now I find out I don't! that being said. I am going to have a very clean diet two weeks prior just so I can make sure the liver is in the right condition etc.

Congrats on your step forward to the new healthy you..

That's what I did . I didn't have a pre-op diet so I just focused on high protein, low calorie very clean meals.

You folks who don't need to do pre-op diet should thank your lucky stars! It was soooo nasty! However, I did loose 30 lbs just those two weeks, a nice jump start.

Best of luck with your journey!
