Recommendations for Vitamins

I use the BariActiv brand! I take the Calcium +D3 & Magnesium, the Multivitamin and Iron. All of the pills are dissolvable/chewable! I also use a B12 Nasal Spray called Nascobal.

I will probably be adding more Biotin to my Vitamin intake, as the Multivitamin only has 600 mcg and that doesn't seem like a lot to me.
