I am almost 3 weeks post op and have been allowed to eat some foods since last Thursday. I have tolerated most things well, and one of my favorites is cottage cheese. Well, I woke up this morning feeling a little nauseous. I completed my morning routine and tried to have breakfast, 1/4 Cup of cottage cheese. I took 2 bites slowly, and chewed well. I started experiencing pain in my pouch and ended up vomiting. Not sure what happened. This is the first time I have had nausea or vomiting. Is this normal?
