Why am I not losing?

I am 5 weeks out... I lost 32 pounds since being sleeved on August 5.... But for the last week and a half the scale is not moving, other than an once or two..I don't eat carbs, sugar and drink water every 15 minutes.. The amount of food I eat is less than a teaspoon.... Help what am I doing wrong. Is my sleeve stretched?

I got mine August 4th! I lost about 22lbs and I'm also stuck right now /: but I'm eating carbs Bc that's really the only thing I can eat that's "soft" tbh, so yeah I'm just annoyed I've been stuck for two weeks I think I just wanna start loosing again, but I think it's just a stall, soon we will start loosing again!
