  5. U can't get a bypass... The only option at this point would be duodenal switch but.. Don't think that's the answer... Sorry to hear of ur husbands misfortune

  11. Been on the Celebrate Vitamins the last month, but they are getting low now.. What are people taking??? Cost effective wise.. The celebrate are pretty pricey. Optisource or any others???

  13. I also lost a good number the first 2 weeks about 20 ibs but then stalled for 2 and a half weeks.. Number even went up a couple days by a pound.. It has finally broken 2.5 weeks later.. It's frustrating but keep doing proteins and hydration and it will pass!!

  15. Every dr is different. My doctor told me to snack on protein rich foods between meals to ensure I'm at about 800 cal a day... I am 5 weeks out and down 35 ibs since surgery and 50 since preop
  16. Shrimp or chicken.. Mostly a shrimp dish though.. I will eat like 4 shrimp and my wife will have the rest
  17. I was sleeved August 12 first 2 weeks lost really good and the last 2.5 weeks nothing.. Was frustrating but finally broke yesterday and am losing again... It sux I know.. But keep doing ur proteins and fluids.. It will pass
  18. You just want to be careful.. My surgeon said cardio was the first thing and I started that three weeks out.. But anything with core muscles you want to wait a couple months at least to make sure your all healed up!
  19. Yeah long as ur not impaired by the pain meds and u can throw ur leg over without pain ur good.. I was on mine 6 days out of the sleeve!!
  20. I felt that way for a while... I'm almost a month out now and had chicken breast and a meatball the other night... It was then I realized that it worked... Hang in there stay on schedule but when u get to have ground meats make turkey meatballs and u will see that 1.5 small meatballs will fill u up quick!!
  21. Yeah I was itchy for about 3 days while I healed but passed and all is well now
  22. Yeah I'm there.. Had surgery on 8-12 lost about 15 pounds first 2 weeks then stalled for what will be the 3 weeks on Wednesday.. Just keeping my head up and plowing forward but a 3 week stall sux lol
