  1. I was 98kgs and I'm now 68, I've lost 30 KGS, (66lbs) I'm 172 cm, and my legs are skinny, my chest is very skinny you can see my collar bones a lot, and my ribs at times. However I have a big stomach, it will not go away. My average ideal weight is 65, I still don't think my stomach will be no where near flat even at 65, what is my issue?? How can I get a flatter stomach, I do drink a lot of Diet Pepsi, but even without it ( for 2 months) nothing seemed to change.. Help
  2. Mine was 33, I was 215lbs and now I'm at 158 lbs I really want to get to about 143 or 132, but that's going to take a lot of work, I also really wanted to reach this goal before my year anniversary which is August 4th but idk if it can happen hopefully I can get to atleast 150 by then
  3. I need to lose about 20 more lbs any tips to get there! I've been waiting for so long for this moment and it's just taking ages!!! Also how long do you think it's going to take? ( I know each person is different)b
  4. Sorry forgot to specify what kind of snacking, but I'm on keto ( lchf) and I still snack a lot even tho it's low carb they all add up
  5. How do I stop snacking!!!! This is a really bad habit, I eat so many times in a day that my calories add up like a person w/o surgery!! I've been stalled at 74.5 kgs for about 2 months now and I really want to get to my 70-65 goal weight. P.S I'm on a low carb diet, ( keto) and I still snack a lot on nuts, turkey wraps, cheese slices, atkin bars. Although it's low carb it adds up calorie wise.
  6. I'm 8 months post op, how many oz of food should I be eating? I know everyone's different but what is the optimum? I'm scared I've been eating too much

  10. @@confusedgirl18 You weren't doing a low carb diet before?? In weight loss mode, you really should be staying away from processed carbs and only getting about 50 grams in the form of dairy, fruits (although those are high in carbs) and veggies. I was at first , but I stopped for a while
  11. I feel like I've stopped loosing weight I'm at about 74 kgs ( 163 kgs), my original goal weight was 132 lbs but I'd be happy with 143... Any tips to start weight loss again? It has been 7 months since my surgery... I've lost about 55 pounds, I really want those 20 more pounds to go, I'm so desperate I'm thinking of starting a low carb diet once again. Any other tips?
  12. I've been eating so much / frequently, a lot of carbs .. How do I stop

  14. I mixed my vanilla flavored one with peanut butter and banana and a bit of cocoa powder it was so good
  15. What do you prefer? Unflavored Protein made with flavors ( fruits bananas peanut butter) Or vanilla protein made with flavors? I have a vanilla protein and an unflavored protein, the vanilla protein has a weird taste to it though...
