Hi all. I am six weeks post op tomorrow. Here is my before and after pic. The first pic was taken a week before my surgery on July 28th. The second pic was taken today. I lost 32 pounds so far and feel great.

I am eating soft foods this week and I will be able to eat regular food soon. I have been eating a lot of fish, egg salad, tuna salad, scallops, hummus, Soup, mashed potato, spinach, watermelon, Protein shake, cottage cheese, eggs, cold cuts, guacamole, etc.
