Stalled after 3 weeks?!?

Anyone have this problem? It's like my weight loss has come to a screeching halt! I'm doing everything my surgeon said to, and my scale has been stuck! Ugh, it's so frustrating!

  • You reached the famous three week stall. I had a few short stalls that lasted 3-5 days. Pay attention to the way your clothes are fitting and not the scale. This to, shall pass. ????

  • It's totally normal. Wk 3 I stalled. Then wks 4 and 5 I dropped 4-5lbs a wk. It's ok. Be patient. Your body is getting used to your new stomach. ❤️
