Appetite fluctuations

Hi,

I am 6 months out and have found that there are days that I am ravenous wanting to eat everything in sight and other days I have to 'decide' to eat. Anyone else experience this?

@@GigiRH YES! I go through this as well, sometimes I'm trying to eat and other days I keep getting hungry. I don't understand it.

Yes, I think this is common. I have an associate that had RNY a few years ago and she told me the same thing, some days no hunger, other days bottomless pit. I have days where I forget to eat, and days I want to eat all day.

Most days I am hungry, some more then others, and I was hoping this was not the case. I know how I really need to watch how much i eat.

Yes! I'm 11 months out and still have this.

Yes! Totally normal. I'm 9 wks out and some days I just can't eat. Other days, I want to eat everything.
