Before/After
I remember the days when I had to run out and buy a new outfit for an event because nothing in my closet fit. I would end up with something that I not only hated, but paid a lot of money. I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. Last night I had a dinner and needed to buy stockings. I walked into the store and spotted a dress. My closet and wallet know that I didn't need a new dress. The dress was Perfect for the dinner. How could I refuse the $29 price tag? I couldn't ????! HW:305 SW: 263 CW: 165 Here is a before and after.

- Joining Weight Watchers
I am 6 months post op and have lost close to 80lbs. At this point I can eat everything and considering the sleeve, pretty large portions. I am thinking about joining weight watchers to have a more balanced approach towards food. Has anyone done the program after surgery?- Sleep problems?
I am now 6 months out. I was having a terrible time sleeping. Would fall asleep and wake up every few hours. It does get better. I am now sleeping through the night.- Appetite fluctuations
Hi, I am 6 months out and have found that there are days that I am ravenous wanting to eat everything in sight and other days I have to 'decide' to eat. Anyone else experience this? Gigi- Unusual muscle tension
I had a similar issue in my legs....hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!!- Any teachers out there...returning to work?
I know that I'm a bit crazy...I had my sleeve done in a Wednesday and was back in the classroom on Monday. The beginning is rough...I was tired! Didn't take long before I got my energy back. Best of luck on your journey and upcoming new school year!!- WLS after tummy tuck ????
I also had had a tummy tuck and then had surgery...no problem!- BCBS Horizon
I have Horizon BCBS as well and my surgery was completely covered. Have the insurance person at the office call.- Sugarfree Gum?
I am a gum chewing-aholic. When I asked the Dr. About it, he said wait 4 months and see how it goes. I was chewing gum 4 days out. I did have a little discomfort in the beginning. Now at 5 months out, I am totally fine. - Joining Weight Watchers
