Have you tried Fairlife Milk? It is lower in sugar. That might be an option.

Oh! It never occurred to me to read the label on fat free milk!! I don't drink milk but I use it when making scrambled eggs every morning and in a few other recipes.

I drink mostly Water. But some days I just get sick of water. Crystal light is a good option for me. Have you looked into any of the almond milks or soy milks? Do they have fat free options? I wonder what their sugar content is.

Cashew milk. low in everything except taste. I love it.

I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my coffee. 30 calories per cup, little sugar.

I second the recommendation for Fairlife milk. It's ultra-filtered to have fewer carbs/less sugar and more protein.

Another vote for Fairlife! It's got more Protein and less sugar than traditional skim milk. Of course it's going to have some sugar- all dairy products do.

I do prefer it over almond or coconut milk at this point because I usually need those 13g of protein to put me into the desired range.

Fairlife's marketing team is really missing an opportunity... we should all be in a commercial! :D

I like almond milk but prefer the taste of Fairlife.

Fair life all the way for me (Lucerne Protein Plus is the same product by a different company).

My problem with the almond, cashew, etc milks is the protein is negligible.
