Syntrax Nectar - Fuzzy Navel

Syntrax Matrix - Strawberry Cream or Bananas & Cream

Early on I used Premier Protein pre-made shakes. After surgery, I couldn't stand the taste of them because they were too thick and sweet. Now my favorite go to is Syntrax Nectar Lemon Tea. :)

Syntrax Nectars. I have an iced Cappucinno every morning. I also like the Caribbean Cooler, strawberry Sorbet, Fuzzy Navel, and basically every flavor I have tried. I like the ones that mix and taste great with just Water, anything but chocolate and vanilla... major burn out with those.

I use HMR shakes and LOVE them. I lost almost 90 pounds about 10 years ago on the HMR program and still use the shakes today. They're FULL of protein!

Hopefully I'll get to use them after my surgery. :D

While I save up for my surgery I decided to start trying Protein shakes so I can figure out what I like and can prepare. Typically I HATE Protein Shakes. I just bought the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury sampler pack. They send two individual packets of each flavor to try. I cracked open my first one, chocolate Splendor, and it was great! I was so pleasantly surprised. I have great hope for the other 4 flavors.
