Hi All,
I'm officially a year out now and it's the hardest I've ever worked for anything in my life! I'm stuck now for the last month at the same weight and can't seem to break it. I'm still journaling all my food and I'm working out 5-6 days a week for an hour to hour & half each time. I'm getting the extra protein to cover the workout and even though I do occasionally have something that is not 100% good, I never go over 1000 calories a day. I alternate my workouts to include strength training too. Am I not eating enough? I know I'm building muscle but I really want to get the scale to move! I'm so close to goal! ARGH!!!!
Have any of you had anything work for jump starting your body? HELP!!
