I am 1 week post op and struggle to drink 64 ounces. I am down 22lbs. I am happy but I can hardly drink or eat much. Popsicles have been my best end right now.

Make sure to drink plenty of water. My husband had the surgery and didn't drink enough water. Kept fainting. Ended up hospitalized for two days.

Don't worry once the swelling in your stomach goes down from being cut on it will get easier. You have a tiny tube of a stomach that is also swollen up to boot. Imagine what that must look like on the inside.
