Wonderful Onederland.

Weighed myself this morning and found I am 197 !!! 1llb off my next goal of 3 stone loss. :D

I am having a very emotional day today so that's cheered me up!

Next goal 50 lbs loss, see you soon (ish) ;)

    Its not a huge amount of loss compared to others but it soooooo nice to say one hundred rather than two...
