Yesterday after kiddos were picked up(I run a home daycare) I cleaned both bathrooms, vacuumed living room rug, kitchen rug and my bedroom, swept kitchen, living room, hallway, filled soap and toilet paper in three bathrooms, did laundry, did dishes by hand and started dishwasher, and played and feed dog.

Today after all the kiddos got picked up. Met a lady to sell an item on swap, walked 3.5 miles, picked up my daughter from work, a quick dinner at Chipotle, came home and pushed mowed the outline of the back yard and then mowed, feed and played with Sadie(our dog)started laundry, did dishes by hand and started dishwasher, gather and took out the trash, now I am just sitting down trying to relax.

All these happen between 6 to 8:30-9pm. Then when I do sit down I think of something else that needs done!!! I know when my energy level is up like this and I am literally bouncing off the walls is when the scales jump down a pound of two. I am hoping that soon it will calm down because my family is says that I am wearing them out! LOL!!!!

I had my surgery on June 15,2015. I have lost a total of 46 lbs as of today. Just today I lost .5 lbs. I know when I get so much energy like this the scales more anywhere from .5-2 lbs. it is crazy to be bouncing off the walls like I do, but I try and do useful things around the house and try and walk a little farther when I walk laps.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
