Mine was about 3 months of falling out and it slowed down around 4 months. This too shall pass :) I am just jealous of those that didn't lose any!!!

Post the 3rd month hair is everywhere ???? ..... Hoping it slows down soon enough... I m taking 10,000 mcg biotion hope that helps in some way or another. Just hoping it comes back... If it gets real worse, I m considering shaving my head????????

Started at about 4 months, but I didn't really notice, (I have a lot per square inch but it's kind of fine). When I noticed was at about 1 year when I noticed it coming back in and all the pieces started sticking up and falling out of the ponytail. I took Biotin from the first few months before surgery and still take it 2x per day. I don't think it helps you keep from losing hair, but it does seem to make a difference in hair\nail regrowth speed and strength. This too, shall pass.

My hair loss is extreme. You can see my scalp and it looks horrible. I take biotin, hair supplement and get all my protein in. I am considering getting a wig.....it is that bad.

I've been losing my hair for 2 1/2 months now. To be honest, I dreaded taking a shower or brushing my hair at first because it was coming out in clumps. I would just get sick at my stomach seeing how much I was losing. Although I'm still losing, I've accepted it now and I'm not letting it bother me. I think it's slowing down or I have just gotten to where there's not much more to lose. I have had very long, thick hair my whole life so it's just getting used to the change. If I lose much more I will probably cut my hair short.

To be clear though, losing the hair is so insignificant compared to the almost endless positives I've had from the weight loss. The self confidence I've gained is worth all my hair 10 times over...

I started losing my hair months ago and I'm pre-op. ???????????????? Not sure what's causing the hair loss.

I started using Nioxin about a month ago and I see an increase in hair growth and less hair loss. ????

I just started the Nioxin system. Hope it works!

I just started the Nioxin system. Hope it works!
