Counting calories in Vitamins

I decided to look to see how many calories were in my chewable vitamins and got a shock. My calcium was 15 c each and I take 2. i take two other chewable which were 25 c each. But the shocker was my liquid multiple vitamins that were 40 calories. So that is 120 calories I was not counting each day. Which still wouldn't take me past 900 calories a day but I need to count.

I think it was just a wake up call to watch everything I'm putting into my body. It could of been something not so beneficial as vitamins.
