I'm currently ten weeks post op RNY and a little over one week since my first endoscopy and dilation of a stricture they found. I have only been able to tolerate yogurt and premier protein shakes since day one and have been unable to move to solid food. I'm regretting my decision to have the surgery as I'm still unable to eat and only manage to get around 400 calories a day from my two shakes and two yogurts. My question is when did you start to be able to tolerate and eat solid food? I would love to hear some feedback from those of you who had complications with strictures.
